Tokyo Coffee was started by two brothers in a residential district of Tokyo. For months, the half Japanese half American brothers were roasting coffee using whatever they could get their hands on (Woks, hand roasting devices, home air roasters, etc.) Their aim was to understand what made really good, healthy coffee.
The younger of the brothers, used to get headaches and nausea after drinking coffee. Sure enough, after much experimentation, we found that not only was our freshly roasted organic coffee amazing, but it had absolutely no negative side effects!
The vision of Tokyo Coffee is to share our freshly-roasted coffee love with as many people as we can, while at the same time helping to improve the lives of the farmers who plant and harvest the coffee beans, our employees who roast and ship out the coffee, and the people in the community around us.
